What spacing is standard for dot grid?
5 mm is the usual bullet-journal spacing. Choose 1/4 inch on US Letter if you want the dots to line up with US rulers.
How do I print it at the correct size?
Choose “Actual size” or 100% scale in the print dialog. “Fit to page” shrinks the grid by a few percent.
